My name is Robyn Kiernan, and I am a Rutgers Business School graduate working at Johnson and Johnson as a Data Engineer. I've been working for my team for over a year and a half as an intern, but upon graduating in May I began working with the data standards team on two major SAP implementation initiatives. I am keenly aware of current events in politics and the economy, and have seen how the two have a direct effect in the field of business, especially in Supply Chain.
I enjoy the idea of finding new and improved processes for a business, as well as ingraining new green initiatives since sustainability is a passion of mine. In my free time I lift weights, grow my financial literacy skills, and learn about ethics and philosophy. I enjoy the outdoors and meditation, and have a love for movies and history.

Negar Jahanbin is the CEO of Bella Vita Healthcare LLC, DBA Synergy HomeCare, a non-medical homecare agency that focuses on providing care to the elderly and disabled that bridges the gap between independent living and nursing homes. Her team’s commitment and passion for their work allows people to stay in their homes and maximize their quality of life for as long as possible.
For over a decade, Negar has led her team by example with kindness and compassion, while always striving for excellence in both operations and finance. In the community she serves, she is respected for her work ethic, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit. Negar prioritizes supporting team members to be the best version of themselves. If someone has a goal they want to accomplish, or a dream they want to pursue, she wants to help them in any way she can.

Calvin Rose brings a unique range of useful industry experiences to the board of The Freckled Strawberry. Through his long career, Calvin has experience as a research scientist, acoustical engineer, salesperson/head of sales, marketing, finance, and executive management.
These roles span across diverse industries including entertainment - CBS, audio products – Bose Corporation, machine vision and robotics – Visics Machine Vision (formerly Metrowest), pharmaceutical software – Bolt Beranek and Newman (BBN), business technology consulting - BBN, corporate IT – Merrill Lynch, procurement, risk management, and contract negotiations – Merrill Lynch, Ally Financial, and Dechert LLP, and financial services, and investments – Clear Capital Management LLP.

Isabella is a matriculating student at DePaul University, majoring in honors finance, with an accounting minor. In 2022, she graduated from the Keeley Center’s Banking and Capital Markets Academy and is recognized as a high-performer on a fast-track academic schedule. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of Females in Finance; an organization sponsored by DePaul University, and Chaired Co-President where she launched the inaugural women’s led Summit in the spring of 2022.
This summer, Isabella interns as a Credit Analyst with BMO Harris Bank’s Commercial Group, located in Chicago Illinois.
In her spare time, Isabella has a passion for helping women impacted by domestic violence and homelessness and donates her time to non-profits supporting these causes.

Samantha is the Managing Partner of Select Commercial Advisors. She is a Philadelphia native and an investor with deep knowledge and expertise in the local market. She specializes in the transaction of development sites and opportunistic investment deals, particularly land, multifamily and mixed use projects.
As a trusted advisor for her clients, Samantha brings a thorough and professional approach to each transaction from site identification, analysis of property value, market analysis, underwriting, preliminary design and investment strategy. She stays actively involved in the local real estate investor community through numerous clubs and organizations, which allows her to keep a finger on the pulse of the local development landscape and frequently bring new opportunities to her clients.
Samantha is a Member of the Board for WWIRE (Wellness for Women in Real Estate), The Freckled Strawberry – a non-profit for female entrepreneurs, and The Way Club – a non-profit social club for teenagers in Philadelphia. Samantha graduated from University of Pennsylvania and Temple University.
